Your Music. Your Style. Your Sound.
TURN YOUR MAC INTO AN ARRANGER WORKSTATION
Bring arranger-style playing to your Mac with Ensambra. We are inviting musicians to join our beta, explore the software with their own music and help shape its development. This first release focuses on Ketron setups, starting with EVS. We also welcome EVENT and EVM owners to help validate playback compatibility on their instruments.
Sit down at your keyboard, play your chords and shape the backing as you go. Move between variations, add a fill or finish with an ending. Ensambra handles the arrangement and sends MIDI to your connected sound source, leaving you free to explore a song in your own way. EVENT and EVM playback compatibility is still being verified.
Explore the creative tools
Load supported styles and customise instrument choices and drum mappings.
Use MIDI Clip Studio to copy selected sections of a MIDI file into arranger tracks.
Edit and record notes in the piano roll, and transpose MIDI songs while protecting drum parts.
Shape your mix with EQ, dynamics and plug-in effects. Combine compatible AU instruments and SF2 sounds with audio packs, and explore the BIAB and Tonalic workflows with your own licensed content.
Assign controller buttons and faders with MIDI Learn, then save your setup. Built-in English help explains the workflows.
Early Access beta license
Join for €149. The Early Access license is a one-time purchase for two registered Macs and includes the final Mac version 1.0. The planned regular price is €349. Each Mac uses its own personal license file, with no subscription or online license checks required.
Want to try Ensambra first? Contact us about the planned 10-day offline demo and beta availability. We welcome practical feedback on sound choices, style playback, usability and reliability. Your experience will help us decide what needs attention next.
Ketron first with more models planned
Broader keyboard support and a Windows version are planned, but no release dates are promised. Importing a style from another brand does not mean that every feature, original sound or target-keyboard export is supported. Conversion results depend on the source file and your sound setup.
This is beta software: bugs and limitations may remain. Please test it thoroughly before relying on it for a live performance. The current Mac build requires Apple silicon and macOS 14 or later. External hardware, third-party plug-ins and sound libraries are not included. Ensambra is developed independently by SC-MULTIMEDIA.
